Come and stay with us, Sean & Janine. Our place is welcoming and relaxed. Your visit to Cornwall can be whatever you want it to be. Visit the famous and beautiful landmarks, get out and cycle some of the most amazing countryside, try the local water sports or just relax.Clean, comfortable self-catering accommodation in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. We are close to the beaches, restaurants, bars & clubs, with sea views and large gardens.Bude offers great beaches, a huge tide pool, great surfing waves and long sandy beaches. We have award winning restaurants, chilled out bars, great pubs and jumping clubs. Bude has it's own castle, canal, museum, and galleries. There is an indoor pool as well as a leisure centre. Bude is on the 'South Coast Path' with it's breathtaking views. Dear OrganiserPlease circulate these Booking Terms and Code of Conduct, to all wishing to stay to avoid any disappointments or surprises on arrival.Booking terms: 1, Photo ID is expected from ALL adults checking in, NO exceptions will be made.(E.g. a photo copy of the photo page of a passport is acceptable.) NO ID = NO STAY2, Groups of 6 to 10 must send a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person within 14 days of confirming the booking. Groups of 11 and over the non-refundable deposit will vary from £10.00 per person up to 50% of the total booking.2a, Groups* must hand in a “Good Behaviour” CASH BOND (in cash), over and above the cost of the accommodation, on arrival. This will be returned when you leave all being well. Failure to follow the rules of conduct will result in a PARTIAL OR TOTAL LOSS of the cash bond and you will be asked to leave. *£40 per person. 3, All confirmed bookings must be secured with a debit/credit card. In case of a “no show” the first night of the booking will be charged to the card, full or part cancellations will only be accepted 48 hours or longer before day of arrival.4, All persons under 18 not with their parents must provide a letter from them stating; they know where they are staying and that they are fully responsible for their children’s behaviour and any additional costs.
